of 4 February 1947
on the highest extent of the teaching obligation of teachers of general, local and auxiliary schools, the amount of remuneration for hours exceeding that and the special fees for teaching in classes with departments.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § § § 16 and 27 (a) of the Act of 24 June 1926, No. 104 Coll., on the regulation of the pay and service conditions of the teachers of general and civil schools (the Act of Education), as amended by the Act of 20 December 1946, No. 6 Coll. of 1947, supplementing and amending the Law of Education:
This Regulation applies to persons to whom Law 104 / 1926 Coll.
(1) The highest teaching requirement for teachers in general schools is 28, for schools (classes) auxiliary to 25, for urban (civic) and special schools for deaf and blind or below 24 teaching hours per week.
(2) If the teacher is employed by administrative work in the office with the permission of the personal office, two hours of office employment are calculated as one hour of teaching for the course.
(1) The following shall be included in the scope of the teaching obligation:
1. for school administration
(a) directors, management teachers and school administrators with one class 2, two classes 4, three classes 8, four or more classes 12 teaching hours per week;
(b) to the directors of the schools of urban and special schools for deaf or blind and three classes 12, four to eight classes 14 and over eight classes 16 teaching hours per week;
2. to all persons referred to in § 1 for the task of class teacher for each class 1, for the management of larger collections and libraries 1 to 3, for the repair of written and graphic work in subjects in which repairs are compulsory outside the classroom, for each subject in class (department) with more than 20 pupils in the third and higher stages of the 1 / 2 to 1, for the pedagogical supervision in pupils' internships 1 to 3, for teaching in departments in the class of school, general or auxiliary school 2 to 6 and for the tasks and other special duties imposed by the Ministry of Education and Education, 1 / 2 to 2 teaching hours per week.
(2) The principles for counting the performance referred to in paragraph 1 shall be determined by the Minister for Education and Education after hearing the mandates of education and education.
For each weekly teaching hour, in excess of the highest teaching requirement, teachers who operate in general schools shall receive a monthly remuneration of 80 CZK, and teachers who operate in urban schools, relief and special schools for deaf, blind or under., a monthly remuneration of 100 Kcs, if the performance is continuous for at least one month.
(1) Teachers who teach in a class of small-scale general schools with departments of at least 18 hours per week also receive a special remuneration for teaching in a class of 2 departments of 100 Ccs, with 3 departments of 150 Ccs and 4 departments of 250 Ccs per month.
(2) The special remuneration referred to in paragraph 1 shall be payable to the teacher for the period during which he has actually taught in a separate class. During the main holidays, the reward is not due.
The remuneration provided for in Article 4 shall be treated as a service benefit over time and the special remuneration provided for in Article 5 shall be treated as a service benefit paid for higher performance.
The provisions of this Regulation, which apply to school managers (school managers, administrators and teachers of general schools, and heads of urban and special schools), shall also apply to teachers in charge of school management.
The provisions governing matters covered by this Government Regulation shall cease to apply on the date of its application.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1946; they are carried out by the Minister for Education and Education.
