Constitutional Decree of the President of the Republic
of 23 June 1945
on the publication of laws and regulations issued outside the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic.
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
The government is in control,
(a) to determine the constitutional decrees of the President of the Republic (excluding the Constitutional Decree of 15 October 1940, No 2 OJ No, on the provisional exercise of legislative powers, and the Constitutional Decree of 22 February 1945, No 3 of the Journal of the Czech Republic, on the exercise of legislative powers in the transitional period), on the provisional exercise of powers of the President of the Republic, the Government Regulations and other laws which have been published in the Official Journal of the Czechoslovak Republic, remain in force, have changed the beginning of their effectiveness and territorial validity and have made them published in the Collection of Laws and Regulations;
(b) to re-publish in the Collection of Laws and Regulations of the International Treaty which were published in the Official Journal of the Czechoslovak Republic; printing in the Collection does not change their effectiveness.
The legislation will be published in accordance with § 1 (a) and the international treaty will be printed in accordance with § 1 (b) in the Collection of Laws and Regulations on the basis of the Government Resolution of the Minister of Interior.
This constitutional decree shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
