of 20 June 2012
on the total quantity of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2011
The Energy Regulatory Authority pursuant to Article 17d (4) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, declares, for the purposes of determining the annual amount of the special charge for the activity of the Energy Regulatory Authority, the total amount of electricity and gas consumed in the Czech Republic in 2011, for which electricity market participants and gas market participants in accordance with price regulations pay the price for clearing of the market operator:
1. The total amount of electricity for which electricity market participants paid the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2011 in accordance with price regulations
56 726 987 MWh.
2. The total amount of gas at which gas market participants paid the price for clearing the market operator consumed in the Czech Republic in 2011 in accordance with price regulations
85 513 150 MWh.
