The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 12 May 2008 it issued a price regulation 1 / 2008 / FAR on price regulation of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 3 / 2008 of 30 May 2008 and became effective on 1 June 2008.
