DECLARATION
of 15 May 2006
amending Decree No. 49 / 1993 Coll., on technical and material requirements for medical equipment, as amended
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 70 (1) (c) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the Care of People, as amended by Act No. 548 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 285 / 2002 Coll., and pursuant to § 4 (2) (b) of Act No. 160 / 1992 Coll., on Health Care in Non-State Health Facilities:
The Annex to Decree No. 49 / 1993 Coll., on technical and material requirements for medical equipment, as amended by Decree No. 51 / 1995 Coll., Decree No. 225 / 1997 Coll. and Decree No. 184 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part II - Medical care facilities, Section 1 - Common provisions, paragraph 4, the first sentence is replaced by the sentence "Medical care facilities are pharmacies of the basic type, pharmacies with professional workplaces (departments), pharmacies providing only the supply of medicinal products (" dispensers of medicinal products') and dispensers of medical devices. "
2. In Part II - Medical care establishments, Section 1 - Common provisions, the following paragraph 8 is inserted after paragraph 7, including footnote 7a:
"(8) The dispensaries of medicinal products are separate medical care facilities reserved for the supply of medicinal products to the population. Prepared medicinal products may be taken from medical care facilities referred to in paragraphs 5 and 67a. The dispensary of medicinal products shall consist of operating premises for the reception, delivery and treatment of medicinal products and sanitary equipment for staff, consisting of a dressing room and a toilet.
7a) Paragraph 43 (9) of Act No. 79 / 1997 Coll., on Medicines and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 129 / 2003 Coll. '.
Paragraph 8 shall become paragraph 9.
3. In Part II - Medical care facilities, Section 2 - Requirements for the minimum areas of the operating rooms of the pharmacy facilities and for their necessary equipment for pharmacy technology and furniture, the following point C is inserted:
"C - dispensing of medicinal products
(a) the area of the operating areas for:
dispensing of medicinal products with waiting room patients with reserved areas for the treatment and storage of medicinal products of 24 m2
(b) equipment:
1. dispensing medicinal products with waiting room
an output table,
storage cabinet,
a safe for the mandatory storage of narcotic and psychotropic substances (4a) if the dispenser issues these substances,
refrigerator,
a computer (cash register),
chairs for patients,
2. place for the treatment of medicinal products
work desk,
sink,
wash basin. '.
The letters C and D to date shall be renumbered D and E.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 June 2006.
