DECLARATION

laying down details of the sticker proving payment of the fee for the use of the motorway and motorway type by the motor vehicle
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 24 (1) (l) of Act No. 135 / 1961 Coll., on Road (Road Act), as amended by Act No. 134 / 1994 Coll.:
Sticker elements
(1) On the front and back side of the sticker are the following elements:
(a) symbols of the road signs "Motorways" and "Roads for motor vehicles," including the colours specified by the special Regulation, 1)
(b) the year of validity expressed as the last two digits of the calendar year;
(c) the financial value of the sticker, expressed as "400," "1000" or "2000" and the abbreviation "CZK" shown in a circle or circle,
(d) perforation.
(2) The front side of the sticker shall be accompanied by a white rectangle showing the letter of the Latin alphabet for the marking of the series and the seven digit number.
(3) The sticker contains a protective element.
(4) The model of the front of the sticker in black and white version in force in 1995 is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Label dimensions
The sticker shall have the shape of a square measuring 60 x 60 mm. The corners of the sticker are rounded.
Label Surface Solutions
(1) The symbol of the "Motorway" is 22 mm high, 17 mm wide and has rounded corners with a radius of 1 mm. The symbol is located from the lower edge at a distance of 9 mm, from the upper edge 30 mm, from the left edge 18 mm and from the right edge 29 mm.
(2) The symbol of the road sign "Road for motor vehicles" is 22 mm high and 17 mm wide with rounded corners of a radius of 1 mm. The symbol is located from the lower edge of 9 mm, from the upper edge of 29 mm, from the left edge of 38 mm and from the right edge of 5 mm.
(3) The two digits of the year of validity shall be expressed by 22 mm high figures of the Microgram type. The digits are placed in the axes of the symbols of the transport signs and at a distance of 34 mm from the lower edge.
(4) The centre of the circle or circle with a diameter of 12 mm or 14 mm, where the financial value of the sticker is indicated, is located 32 mm from the lower and 10 mm from the left edge of the sticker. The number "400" is shown in a circle or circle of 12 mm diameter. The figure "1000 'or" 2000' is shown in a circle or circle of 14 mm diameter. Symmetrically above the number at a distance of 1 mm is given the abbreviation of the money unit "CZK."
(5) The white rectangle 4 mm high and 24 mm wide is symmetrically placed under the symbols of the road signs at a distance of 2 mm from their lower edge. In a rectangle of white colour there is a letter in one row indicating the series and a seven-digit number separated from each other by a gap. The letter identifying the series and the seven-digit number shall be 2,5 mm high with a tolerance of ± 10%.
(6) Label perforation has the shape of a cross in the direction of diagonals.
Colour version
The colours of the last two digits of the calendar year, the financial value of the sticker, the acronym of the money unit "CZK ', the circle or circle which copies the financial value of the sticker and the acronym of the money unit" CZK', the letter for the labeling of the series and the seven digit number and the background of the sticker must be chosen in such a way as to guarantee their easy legibility and mutual recognition.
Location of the sticker on the motor vehicle
The sticker shall be applied to the whole surface in places specified below:
(a) in the case of motor vehicles with the exception of motorcycles on the inside of the front window, on its lower or upper right edge, so that the driver's view from the vehicle is minimised as much as possible and the sticker is clearly visible from the outer front of the vehicle;
(b) in the case of motorcycles, the hard-to-replace, easily accessible part, for example on a fuel tank.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1995.
