setting a new deadline for the submission of applications pursuant to Article 6 of the Act of 13 February 1946, No 33 Coll., on the atonement of certain injustices caused by the Czech worker.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Applications for the granting of benefits under the provisions of § § § § 1 to 4 of the Law of 13 February 1946, No 33 Coll., on the atonement of certain injustices caused by the Czech working stock, which should have been submitted in accordance with § § § 6 of the Act, the sentences of the first sentence not later than three months after the date of its publication, may be filed until 30 June 1948.
This Act takes effect on the day of its publication and applies in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
