Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 218 / 2022 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that Appendix 3 to the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree of 2019 - 2024 of 2 April 2019, which was concluded on 4 April 2022 between the Higher Trade Unions - Trade Union Construction of the Czech Republic and the Trade Union Association of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto-Repair of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction, is binding with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication for other employers with predominant activity in the sectors identified by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 08.1, 16.23, 22.23, 23.2, 23.3, 23.5, 23.6, 23.9, 41, 42 and 43.
