on the issue of a price decision
According to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the exercise of government administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued price decisions No 1 / 2012 of 1 June 2012 amending the Energy Regulatory Authority's price decision No. 4 / 2011 of 21 November 2011 on the prices of regulated gas-related services.
According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2012 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 5 June 2012, amounting to 4. The price decision became valid on that date. The price decision shall take effect on the day of publication.
