DECLARATION
of 1 July 2010
amending Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are public authorities' contact points (Decree on public authorities' contact points)
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) and in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on the contact points of the public administration) is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Záborí 'is inserted after the word" Smožinky'.
2. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemian Region, the word "Strožovice," shall be inserted after the words "Old Town under Landštejn," the administrative district of the village with extended scope of Jindřichův Hradec. "
3. In Annex No 1, Part South Bohemian Region, the word "Nebraska," shall be inserted after the word "Nerestce."
4. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemia Region, the word "Čejetice," shall be inserted after the word "Strakonice."
5. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemia Region, the word "Wooden," shall be inserted after the word "Dresov."
6. In Annex No 1, Part South Bohemia, the word "Litochovice," shall be inserted after the word "Kváskovice," the administrative district of Strakonice.
7. In Annex No 1, Part South Bohemia, the word "Radošovice," shall be inserted after the word "Strakonice."
8. In Annex No 1, part of the South Moravian Region, the word "Suchov," shall be inserted after the word "Radejov," the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of Veselí nad Moravou.
9. In Annex No 1, Part South Moravian Region, the word "Strachotice," shall be inserted after the word "Stošíkovice na Louka," the term "Strachotice,."
10. In Annex No 1, part of the Karlovy Vary Region, the word "Šemnice," shall be inserted after the words "Smolné Pice," the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Karlovy Vary.
11. in Annex No 1, part of the Králové Hradec Region, the word "Litíč," shall be inserted after the word "Libotov,"
12. In Annex No 1, part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of Bruntál shall be inserted after the word "Bílčice," the words "Dětřichov nad Bystřice,"
13. in Annex No 1, part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Opava, the word "Raduň," shall be deleted.
14. In Annex No 1, Part Olomouc Region, the words "Upper Netchice," shall be inserted after the words "Upper Netchice," the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of Lipnik nad Bečvou.
15. In Annex No 1, Part Olomouc Region, the words "Petrov nad Desnou," shall be inserted after the words "Olšany."
16. In Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the word "Lozice, 'is inserted after the word" Lipovec'.
17. in Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the word "Candle," shall be inserted after the word "Střemošice."
18. In Annex No 1, Pardubice Region, the words "Třibých, Tuneče," shall be inserted after the word "Trojovice."
19. In Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the word "Zajčice," shall be inserted after the word "Žlivice."
20. In Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the words "Bělá u Evíčka," shall be inserted after the words "Municipality of Nebočí u Trnávka."
21. In Annex No 1, part of the Pardubice Region, the word "Březinky," shall be inserted after the word "Březinky," the administrative district of the municipality with extended application of Moravská Třebová.

26. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Chroustenice," shall be inserted after the word "Khoboň."
27. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Běslav is inserted after the word "Šestajovice," "Velení,."
28. In Annex No. 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Žemusice 'is inserted after the word" Žehusice'.
29. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Vinařice," shall be inserted after the words "Vinařice."
30. In Annex No 1, Part Central Bohemian Region, the word "Lhotky 'is inserted after the word" Ledce'.
