amending Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on the Accident Insurance of Employees, Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., on the Amendment to the Laws relating to the Adoption of the Law on the Accident Insurance of Employees, Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., amending certain laws relating to the adoption of the Labour Code, as amended, Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2006 Coll., on Life and Existence Minority, Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Budgetary Rules), as amended, and Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll.

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment to Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll.

Čl. I

Act No. 266 / 2006 Coll., on staff accident insurance, is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 91, "2008 'is replaced by" 2010' and "2018 'is replaced by" 2020'.

2. in Paragraph 92 (1), (2) and (3), "2007" is replaced by "2009" and "2008" is replaced by "2010."

3. In § 92 (5) (b), the words "(§ 194, 195 and 199 of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., Labour Code, as amended)" are deleted.

4. In Paragraph 94 (1), "2007 'is replaced by" 2009'.

5. In Paragraph 94 (2), "2008 'is replaced by" 2010'.

6. In Paragraph 95, "2007 'is replaced by" 2009' and "2008 'is replaced by" 2010'.

7. In Paragraph 99, "2008 'is replaced by" 2010' and "2011 'is replaced by" 2013'.

ČÁST DRUHÁ

Amendment to Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll.

Čl. II

Act No. 267 / 2006 Coll., on the amendment of laws related to the adoption of the Act on the Accident Insurance of Employees, is amended as follows:

1. Part two is deleted.

2. Point 4 of Part Six of Article VI is deleted.

3. in Part Nine, Article IX, point 1 is deleted;

4. Part twenty-ninth is deleted.

5. In Part 32nd of Article XXXII, "2007 'is replaced by" 2009' and "2008 'is replaced by" 2010'.

6. In Part Three, Article XXXIII, "2008 'is replaced by" 2010'.

ČÁST TŘETÍ

Amendment to Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll.

Čl. III

In Part Sixty First Article LXX of Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Labour Code, the number "2008 'is replaced by" 2010'.

ČÁST SEDMÁ

EFFECTIVE

Čl. VII

This Act shall enter into force on the date of its publication, with the exception of parts four to six which shall take effect on 1 January 2017.
