DECLARATION

on payment for the provision of data from accident records
According to Section 137 (4) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on the amendment of certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll.:
The payment for processing the application for data from the registration of road accidents is set at CZK 100.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
