Notice from the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic on the issue of a decree on the remuneration of health workers

pursuant to Section 123 (2) of the Labour Code No. 65 / 1965 Coll., as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll. (full version No. 52 / 1989 Coll.), in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and the Czech Committee of the Trade Union of Health Workers, Social and Technical Health Services issued Decree of 20 April 1990 No. EP-600-19.1990 on the remuneration of health workers.
The proceeds shall take effect on the date of publication of this notice in the Collection of Laws.
This decree repeals the regulations governing the remuneration of health workers in health institutions, social security institutions and certain other organisations contained in the proceeds of the former Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. As regards the regulations registered in the Collection of Laws, these provisions are repealed.
