Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 18 November 1946
on the regulation of jurisdiction in criminal matters of pensions.
Pursuant to Article 106 of the Law of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare, as far as Slovakia is concerned, in an agreement with the Financial Officer:
§ 1.
The amounts which, pursuant to Sections 543 and 544 of the Penal Code, § 3 and 4 of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of 26 February 1851, No 52 of the Act of 13 December 1927 and § 18 of the Decree of 13 December 1927, No 168 Coll., implementing the Customs Act, are to be increased by the jurisdiction of the Financial Offices in the cases of abandonment proceedings, and by
(a) in the case of road customs offices at 1.000 CZK,
(b) at the other customs offices at CZK 2.000,
(c) in the case of pension supervisory authorities, at 2.000 CZK; and
d) at the financial offices of the I. stools for the management of indirect taxes and charges at 50,000 CZK.
§ 2.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
