GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 June 2025
amending Government Regulation No. 58 / 2015 Coll., determining the categories of municipalities in the service and the coefficients for calculating the service allowance
The Government orders pursuant to § 61a (5) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Professional Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll. and Act No. 99 / 2025 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 58 / 2015 Coll., establishing the categories of municipalities serving and the coefficients for calculating the service allowance, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (a), "1.03" is replaced by "2.33";
2. in Paragraph 2 (b), "1,00" is replaced by "2,00."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2025.
