GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 June 2023
amending Government Regulation No 290 / 2018 Coll., on valuations issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
In Section 4 of Government Decree No. 290 / 2018 Coll., on valuations awarded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, paragraph 4 reads as follows:
"(4) The sculpture takes the form of a symbolic seal in the form of a glass prism with a rounded rear edge. The large state emblem, the text" Czech Republic "and the year of award are mirrored in the polished bottom of the seal, the inscription" GRATIAS AGIT "is sanded from top to bottom on the polished vertical front edge of the seal."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2023.
