of 26 August 2015
on the definition of nature conservation zones of the Giant National Park
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 17 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1999 Coll.:
Definition of zones
(1) Tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "zones") are defined in the territory of the Giant National Park (1).
(2) The indication of the boundaries of the zones on the basis of the cadastral map of the scale 1: 2 000, including the electronic form and on the basis of the base map of the Czech Republic on the scale 1: 25 000, is stored in the Central List 2).
(3) The indicative graphic representation of the zones in the territory of the Giant National Park is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2015.
