DECLARATION
of 11 July 2003
amending Decree No 300 / 2001 Coll., extending the obligation of a collective agreement of a higher degree, and Decree No 410 / 2002 Coll., extending the obligation of an amendment to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
In the Annex to Decree No 300 / 2001 Coll., extending the obligation of a collective agreement of higher degree, the entry for
"1050 25928082 Kubík, a. s. Smetanovo nám. 71 Litomyšl 570 01."
In the Annex to Decree No 410 / 2002 Coll., on the extension of the obligation to supplement a collective agreement of a higher degree, the entry is deleted.
"837 Kubík, a. s. 25928082 Smetanova nám. 71 570 01 Litomyšl."
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
