amending Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and average earnings, as amended, Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on salary and remuneration for on-call in Budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended, Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 1993, on amending and supplementing certain laws of the Czech National Council and certain other regulations, as amended, and Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., on amending and repealing certain laws relating to the County Act, the Act on Municipality, the Law on District Offices and the Law on the City of Prague
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Act on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 1993
Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 1993, amending and supplementing certain laws of the Czech National Council and certain other regulations, as amended by Act No. 166 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 172 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 331 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 85 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 6 (V), paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 are deleted and paragraph 2 is deleted.
2. in Article V (6), the words "(paragraph 1)" shall be deleted;
Amendment to the Act on the amendment and repeal of certain laws related to the Regional Act, the Act on Municipality, the Act on District Offices and the Law on the Capital City of Prague
In Act No. 132 / 2000 Coll., on the amendment and repeal of certain laws related to the Regional Act, the Act on Municipality, the Act on District Offices and the Law on the Capital City of Prague, Article II of Part Two is deleted.
PERFORMANCE TO DECLARATION OF THE COMPLETELY TEXT OF THE LAWS
The Prime Minister is hereby authorised to publish in the Collection of Laws the full text of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, and Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on salary and remuneration for on-call in the budget and in some other organisations and bodies, as they result from later laws.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2001, with the exception of Article II (8), which shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following that of its publication.
