Decree of the Ministry of National Defence
of 23 August 1948
starting dates for the presentation service and military training.
The Ministry of National Defence declares pursuant to § 15, paragraph 5 of the Czechoslovak Defence Act, as amended by the Decree of the Minister of National Defence of 26 February 1934, No. 30 Coll.:
(1) For the goals completed in 1948, the starting date for the presentation service and for the military training of members of the reserve shall be 1 October 1948.
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to earlier goals which, for the postponement of a presentative service or for the postponement of military training, will enter the presentative service or the military training of reserve personnel in 1948.
(3) Paragraph 1 shall not apply:
(a) to one half of the goaltenders carried out in 1948 in the air force, with the exception of those who, according to their education, may be assigned to schools for reserve officers;
(b) doctors and masters of pharmacy.
(4) The goaltenders shall be called upon for the starting date referred to in paragraph 1 by means of individual call tickets.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
