on a one-off exceptional Christmas allowance to beneficiaries of State aid for State aid for 1947.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
§ 1.
The State aid paid out in December 1947 under the Law of 21 March 1929, No 43 Coll., on State aid amending it and supplementing it as amended and under the Decree of the Slovak National Council of 23 August 1945, No 107 Coll. SNR, on the temporary arrangements for state aid, as amended by the Slovak National Council of 26 February 1946, No 27 Coll. SNR shall be granted for 1947 a one-off exceptional Christmas allowance.
§ 2.
The addition is 1,000 CZK. If State aid is granted to two persons living in the common household, the allowance for each of them is 750 CZK; However, in such cases, an allowance of CZK 1,000 shall be granted to the helpless beneficiary of State aid.
§ 3.
No allowance shall be granted for State aid paid abroad.
§ 4.
The costs of the payment of the allowance shall be reimbursed through State resources.
§ 5.
The allowances under this Act are tax exempt.
§ 6.
This Law shall take effect on 1 December 1947; It shall be carried out by the Minister for Social Welfare in agreement with the Minister for Finance.
