amending Government Regulation No. 236 / 2022 Coll., on the establishment of State Budget Funds pursuant to Paragraph 28 (3) of the Act on Supported Energy Sources for 2023
The Government orders pursuant to § 28 (3) of Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Sources and on the Amendment of Certain Acts, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 19 / 2023 Coll.:
In Section 1 of Government Decree No. 236 / 2022 Coll., on the establishment of State Budget Funds pursuant to Section 28 (3) of the Act on Supported Energy Resources for 2023, the figure "37 000 000 000 'is replaced by" 22 780 000 000'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
