DECLARATION
of 26 September 2018
amending Decree No. 194 / 2009 Coll., on determining the details of the use and operation of the data box information system, as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 9 paragraphs 3 and 4 and § 20 paragraph 3 of Act No. 300 / 2008 Coll., on electronic acts and authorized conversion of documents, as amended by Act No. 190 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 263 / 2011 Coll.:
Decree No. 194 / 2009 Coll., on determining the details of the use and operation of the data box information system, as amended by Decree No. 422 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 322 / 2015 Coll. and Decree No. 435 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, the following paragraph 3 is added, including footnote 1:
"(3) It is also possible to use an electronic device for logging into the data box, which is the connection of the mobile device and the mobile application provided by the Ministry of Interior. Such an electronic device shall comply with the technical specifications and procedures laid down for the characteristics and form of the electronic identification, authentication and technical control devices directly applicable by the European Union Regulation governing the minimum technical specifications and procedures for the levels of guarantee of electronic identification1), at least for a significant level of guarantee.
1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015 / 1502 of 8 September 2015 laying down the minimum technical specifications and procedures for the level of guarantee of electronic identification devices pursuant to Article 8 (3) of Regulation (EU) No 910 / 2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market. ';
2. in Article 3 (1) and (5), the text "§ 2" is replaced by the text "§ 2 (1)."
3. In Article 3 (2), the words "electronic means' are replaced by the words" electronic means'.
4. In Article 5, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The maximum size of the data message delivered to the data clipboard, established pursuant to Article 6 (2) of the Electronic Operations Act and the authorised conversion of documents after 31 October 2018, is 50 MB."
5. In Annex 1, point II, in the text of the table,
"Acceptable ASCII character code of the permissible character"
the following row is inserted:
"(gap) 32."
6. in Annex 3 (I) (i):
"(i) txt / csv (plain text) '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 2018, with the exception of Article I (1) to (3), which shall take effect on 1 March 2019.
