DECLARATION
of 19 June 2012
amending Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscapes to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 78 (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 46 / 2010 Coll., on the jurisdiction of administrations of national parks and administrations of protected landscapes to exercise government administration in administrative districts consisting of national natural reserves, national natural monuments and their protection zones, as amended by Decree No. 163 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 324 / 2011 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Region of Kokořín 'in the column" National Natural Monuments', the words "Yestrobské slavina (5704) 'are inserted after the words" Hrabanova (118)'.
2. In the row "Administration of the Protected Landscape Area of Slavkovsky Forest 'in the column" National Nature Reservations', the words "Great Crane Lake (496) Great Swamp (501) 'are replaced by the words" Rolava Pøoviště (5703)'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2012.
