DECLARATION
of 11 July 2003
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective agreement of the higher degree concluded on 5 February 2001 between the Odbor Association of the Construction of the Czech Republic and the Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic (1), as amended by Appendix No 1, concluded on 29 April 20022) and Appendix No 2 concluded on 6 January 20033, shall be binding on the employers listed in the Annex from the date of application of this decree.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
