of 18 July 2007

amending Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and amending certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended, and Act No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on infringements, as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Road Traffic Act

Čl. I

Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 60 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 62 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 311 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 229 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 264 / 2006 Coll., and Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. Paragraph 27 (2), including footnote 16a, is deleted.

Paragraphs 3 to 6 shall become paragraphs 2 to 5.

2. In Paragraph 47 (5), the words "less than CZK 50,000 'are replaced by the words" less than CZK 50,000'.

3. In the Annex to the Act, the first item per point is:

"the unlawful use of a motorway or road for motor vehicles by a motor vehicle or a combination of vehicles the construction or technical condition of which does not permit the speed set out in Paragraph 35 (1) (1) '.

4. In the Annex to the Act, the entry fourth after 1 point is deleted.

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
