THE LAW
of 17 June 2009
on the government bond programme to cover part of the budget deficit of the Czech Republic for 2009 and amending Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
STATE DOUBLE PROGRAMME
(1) The purpose of the government bond programme is to pay part of the budgetary deficit of the Czech state budget for 2009.
(2) The maximum scope of this sovereign bond programme is CZK 37680 190 000.
(3) Any liabilities arising from this sovereign bond programme shall be repaid no later than 55 years after the date of entry into force of this Act.
Amendment of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules and on the Amendment of Certain Related Laws (Budget Rules)
Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 479 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 377 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 33 (1), the following point (i) is inserted after point (h):
"(i) National Fund accounts,"
Point (i) shall be renumbered as point (j).
2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 33 (2), the word "a 'shall be inserted after the word" e)'.
"(i) 'is replaced by" j';
3. In Paragraph 34 (1), "6 'is replaced by" 15'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
