DECLARATION
of 21 May 2021
amending and repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the establishment of ministries and other central authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 122 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 161 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 272 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 71 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll.
In Article 1 of the Decree of the Regional National Committee in Písek of 4 December 1985 on protected natural creations in the district of Písek on the localities "Nerestský quarry, Certova hora u Vráže, Boukal, Bachmač, Malá Kosatín, Vyří Rocks u Odnova, Mysenecká sun, Great Potočné, Kopáčská, Kopaniny, Dehětník, U imky, V Obouch, Vystrkov, Skalský, Zelendary, Ovčín, Michovská, Rohozovská, Knez u Hrazan, Žedídír meadows, Skuládědědádětěch práles, Ražický těny, Řezabinek," and their protection zones, paragraph 25 are deleted.
In Article 1 of Decree of the National Committee of the City of Prague of 4 July 1988 No 5 / 1988 determining protected natural creations in the capital of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 23 / 1991 Coll. of Prague, Order No. 4 / 2006 Coll. of Prague, Order No. 13 / 2006 Coll. of Prague, Order No. 7 / 2012 Coll. of Prague, Order No. 13 / 2013 Coll. of Prague and Order No. 16 / 2013 Coll. of Prague, point No. 13 is deleted.
In Article 1 of the Order of the Regional Office in Český Krumlov of 27 May 1992 on protected natural creations in the district of Český Krumlov, the entry
"Zvonková valley - valley river with numerous peat springs, significant flora and vegetation
k. ú. Zvonková, Municipality of Horní Plana, land no. 150 / 1 pastvina- part, 159 / 1 meadow- part "
delete.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 19 November 1949 No 171.559 / 49-IV / 1 on the establishment of the natural reserve "Řežabinec" in K. Lhota, district of Písek.
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 22 August 1952 No. 40.163 / 52-V-VII / 5 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Chubernice" in K. Ohríim, district Prostějov.
3. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture and Information of 10 September 1968 No. 12.610 / 68 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Solar Page," kat. the territory of Brno n. L., Ústí nad Labem district, North Bohemian region.
4. Resolution of the Regional National Committee of the Eastern Bohemian Region of 21 November 1977 on the establishment of the Protected Natural Creation "Elbe Grid."
5. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 28 December 1978 No. 25.533 / 78-VI / 2 on the establishment of the State Nature Reserve "Prokopská valley," kat. territory Hlučepy, Jinonice, district Prague 5, region of capital Prague.
6. Proceeds of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 21 November 1980 No. 18.094 / 80-VI / 2 on the establishment of the Protected Seat "Herlíkovické stol."
7. Decree of the Regional National Committee in Šumperk of 8 November 1990 determining the protected natural creation of "Rabstejn."
8. Decree of the Giant National Park Administration of 16 February 1998 No 2 / 1998 on the establishment of the Natural Monument "Lom Strážný."
9. Ordinance of the National Park Administration and the Protected Landscape Region of Šumava of 20 October 2003 No 10 / 03 on the establishment of the Nature Reserve "At the Confluence."
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2021.
