GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 25 May 2005
amending Government Regulation No 330 / 2003 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Regulation No 637 / 2004 Coll., and Government Regulation No 469 / 2002 Coll., laying down the catalogue of works and qualifications and amending the Government Regulation on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration, as amended
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 23 (1) (b), (c) and (d) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call time in budgetary and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 563 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll.:

Amendment of Decree No. 469 / 2002 Coll.
Čl. II
In Article 4 of Decree-Law No 469 / 2002 Coll., which provides for a catalogue of works and qualification assumptions and amending the Decree of the Government on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Decree-Law No 331 / 2003 Coll., paragraph 1 reads as follows:
"(1) The qualification conditions for the performance of work in individual grades are:
1. grade: basic education (basic education)
2nd grade: basic education (basic education)
3rd grade: secondary education
4. grade: middle education or middle education with a certificate
5th grade: middle education with a certificate
6th grade: secondary education with graduation exam
7th grade: secondary education with graduation exam
8th grade: secondary education with graduation exam
9th grade: higher vocational education
10th grade: university education - Bachelor's study programme
11th grade: university education - Master's study programme
12th grade: higher education - Master's study programme
13th grade: university education - Master's study programme
14th grade: university education - Master's study programme
15th grade: higher education - Master's study programme
16. grade: higher education - Master's study programme or doctoral study programme. '.

Čl. III
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2005, with the exception of Article I (1) and (27), which shall take effect on the day of its publication.
