DECLARATION
of 16 April 2004
establishing a list of theoretical and practical areas which constitute the content of education and training required in the Czech Republic for the pursuit of regulated activities within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Articles 29 (2) (e) and 38 of Act No. 18 / 2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional qualifications and other competence of nationals of Member States of the European Union and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the Recognition of Professional Qualifications) (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '):
Preliminary provisions
The Chamber of Veterinary Doctors of the Czech Republic is a recognised body for regulated professions and activities in the field of veterinary care.
List of theoretical and practical areas
The list of theoretical and practical areas which constitute the content of education and training required in the Czech Republic for the pursuit of regulated activities within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture is set out in the Annex.
Professional person
The professional person is, under Article 13 of the Act, a person who meets the qualification requirements laid down for the pursuit of a regulated profession or activity under the relevant legislation.1)
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the date of the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.

(a) Required qualification according to Act No. 99 / 2004 Coll., on the Pond, the exercise of fishing law, the fishing guard, the conservation of marine fisheries resources and amending certain laws (Law on Fisheries) and its implementing regulations.
