GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 July 1997
declaring the 1st amendment and the amendment to the binding part of the zoning plan of the Zlín agglomeration
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
1. The amendment and the amendment to the binding part of the Zlinské agglomeration spatial plan, expressed graphically in Annex 1 to this Regulation, are set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Zlín conglomerate's territorial plan, approved by the Government Resolution of 23 March 1994 No 150, as amended by the Government Resolution of 16 July 1997 No 423, shall be deposited at the Regional Offices in Kromeriz, Uherské Hradiště and Zlín and at the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

1. amendment and amendment of the binding part of the zoning plan of the large zlín conglomerate
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for:
(a) motorway D 1 in the section Bezměrov - Hulín, including the motorway junction and the trailer from road II / 432;
(b) motorway D 47 in the section Hulín - Přerov.
2. The territorial protection of motorways corridors D 1 and D 47, approved by the Government Resolution of 23 March 1994 No 150 and published in Annex 2 (1) (a) and (b) of Decree No 87 / 1994 Coll., was repealed by the Government Resolution of 16 July 1997 No 423.
3. The construction associated with the implementation of the projects referred to in points 1 (a) and 1 (b) and defined in the graphic part of the first amendment and the amendment of the zoning plan of the scale 1: 50 000, provided with an approval clause, shall be of public benefit.
