of 9 July 1993
supplementing Act No. 135 / 1961 Coll., on Road (Road Act), as amended by Act No. 27 / 1984 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 135 / 1961 Coll., on roads (Road Act), as amended by Act No. 27 / 1984 Coll., is added as follows:
1. In Article 6, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 and 3 are added:
"(2) The motorway manager shall define, on the basis of a government decision, sections of motorways which can only be used at a price agreed under price regulations. 1) The designated sections of motorways, with the exception of those put into service before 1 January 1993, are required to be published in advance by the motorway manager in the Commercial Bulletin.
(3) The payment of the price for the use of defined sections of motorways is not subject to motor vehicles and trailers
(a) fire protection;
(b) Police of the Czech Republic,
(c) Military police,
(d) medical and mining emergency services;
(e) medical services for the transport of sick and wounded;
(f) technical rescue services;
(g) vehicles which, as a general rule, provide for emergency water supplies used by owners who provide for mass supply of drinking water to the population. ';
2. In Paragraph 20, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall not apply to installations located on motorways for the purpose of paying the price for use of a defined section of the motorway. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
