Government Regulation
of 2 December 1947
extending the Decree of 15 February 1946 to the territory of Slovakia.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 7, § 1 and § 6, § 9, § 1 and § 17, § 3 of the Law of 24 June 1926, § 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and service conditions of civil servants (the Law of the Salary), and pursuant to § 11 of the Law of 25 January 1914, No 15, on the service ratio of civil servants and state authorities (service pragmatics):
(1) The provisions of the Government Order of 15 February 1946, No 46 Coll., amending the provisions of the Government Decree of 10 July 1931, No 132 Coll., on special conditions for the provisions of an official candidate or official and for the promotion of an official in each official category and field of service, as regards the laying down of special conditions for the provisions of an official candidate or official in the categories of officials of the higher auxiliary judicial service and of officials of the judicial office service, are hereby extended to the territory of Slovakia.
(2) In the case of the employees of the courts and judicial offices in Slovakia, they decide to waive the lack of education prescribed in the annex to Decree-Law No 132 / 1931 Coll. as amended by Decree-Law No 46 / 1946 Coll. for officials of higher auxiliary judicial services and officials of the judicial office service, Minister of Justice on a proposal from the delegate of justice.
This Government Regulation shall enter into force on 14 March 1946; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Justice.
