Government Regulation
of 27 November 1946
on the introduction of winter time in the period 1946 / 1947.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of the Act of 21 November 1946, No. 212 Coll., on Winter Time:
The beginning of winter time in 1946 is determined on 1 December 1946 at 3: 00 a.m. Central European time and is carried out by moving clockwork to the second hour.
The end of winter time in 1947 is determined on 23 February 1947 at the second hour of the morning of winter time and is carried out by moving clockwise to the third hour.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Home Secretary in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
