GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 April 2020
amending Decree No. 172 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in connection with the demonstration of the occurrence of the coronavirus SARS CoV-2
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (3) and § 15 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
In Section 1 of Decree No. 172 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in connection with the demonstration of the presence of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2, the words "and in facilities operated by health service providers providing subsequent bed care or long-term bed care 'are inserted after the word" services'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
