According to § 31f (2) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 297 / 2009 Coll.:
Annex 3 to Decree No. 170 / 2010 Coll., on batteries and accumulators and amending Decree No. 383 / 2001 Coll., on details of waste management, as amended, reads:
"Annex No. 3 to Decree No. 170 / 2010 Coll.
Annual report on the fulfilment of the obligations for the recovery and separate collection of batteries and accumulators
"
Transitional provision
Annex 3 to Decree No. 170 / 2010 Coll., as effective after the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be used for the first time for the processing of the annual report on batteries and accumulators for the calendar year 2016.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
