GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 September 2014
amending Government Regulation No. 125 / 2011 Coll., laying down information obligations on the recipients of animal products at the place of destination
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the Amendment of Certain Related Laws (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 154 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 102 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 139 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 18 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 48 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 281 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2008 Coll.
Government Regulation No. 125 / 2011 Coll., on the establishment of information obligations for recipients of animal products at the place of destination, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (f) is added:
"(f) the estimated sales unit price at the place of delivery or sale excluding value added tax (4).
4) Act No. 235 / 2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended. '
2. Paragraph 2 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be notified by the beneficiary to the Regional Veterinary Administration in a manner which allows long-distance transmission of data through the State Veterinary Administration Information System in order to obtain it no later than 48 hours before the arrival of the animal products at the place of destination."
Transitional provisions
1. If the period for informing the Regional Veterinary Administration pursuant to Article 2 (2) of Decree No. 125 / 2011 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, would have expired before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, it shall be followed in accordance with existing legislation.
2. Paragraph 2 (1) (f) and (2) of Decree No. 125 / 2011 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall not apply if, before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the recipient of certain animal products at the place of destination has made a notification pursuant to § 2 of Decree No. 125 / 2011 Coll.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
