amending Act No. 695 / 2004 Coll., on the Conditions of Trade in Greenhouse Gas Emissions Allowances and on the Amendment to Certain Acts, Act No. 86 / 2002 Coll., on Air Protection and on the Amendment to Certain Other Laws (Air Protection Act), as amended, and Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Enterprise (Trade Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Trade Act
In Annex 2 to Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 167 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 326 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 695 / 2004 Coll., in section GROUP 214: Others in column 1, after the words "Measurement of Pollutants and Smellants', the words" verification of greenhouse gas emissions and 'and the heading "Verification of greenhouse gas emissions' are deleted.
Transitional provisions
1. Natural and legal persons who, at the date of entry into force of this Act, held valid trade authorisations for the operation of tied trade in the field of measurement of pollutants and odour, processing of diffuse studies and in the field of verification of greenhouse gas emissions, become holders of a valid trade licence for the operation of tied trade in the field of measurement of pollutants and odour, verification of greenhouse gas emissions and processing of diffusion studies; the trade office shall issue to such legal and natural persons a trade certificate with the subject matter of business in the field of measurement of pollutants and odoriferous substances, verification of the amount of greenhouse gas emissions and processing of diffusion studies, at their request or at the first amendment announced pursuant to Article 49 (1) of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Trade Business (Trade Fair Act), as amended, and this Act.
2. The issue of the trade certificate referred to in point 1 shall be exempt from the administrative fee.
EFFECTIVE
This Law shall take effect on the first day of the first calendar month following its publication, with the exception of Article II (6), which shall take effect on 1 January 2008, and Article II (7), which shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
