GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 July 1997
declaring a binding part of the territorial plan of the Olomouc conurbation
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the zoning plan for the large territorial unit of Olomouc agglomeration, as described in Annex 1 to this Regulation, is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The Territorial Plan of the Grand Territory of Olomouc Agglomeration, approved by the Government Resolution of 16 July 1997 No 422, is deposited with the District Offices in Olomouc, Prostějov, Přerov and the Ministry of Local Development.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the Zoning Plan of the Large Territory of Olomouc Agglomeration
1. When using the territory, protect corridors and areas for:
(a) motorway D 1, including intersections of highways and lures;
(b) motorway D 47, including motorway crossings and lures;
(c) the four-track road R 35 and R 48, including the crossroads and lures,
(d) adjustments to roads I / 18, I / 46, I / 47, I / 55, II / 367, II / 434, II / 435 and II / 449, including their components and accessories;
e) modernization of the railway line Břeclav - Přerov - Petrovice u Karviné and the railway line Přerov - Olomouc - Řervka - Česká Třebová,
(f) the completion of the Přerov airport,
g) lead 110 kV Konice - Velké Opatovice, Konice - Distribution and Olomouc - Slavonín and the lead 400 kV from Krasíkov along the border of the district of Vsetín,
h) Gas pipeline of very high pressure Klopotovice - Rokytnice,
i) High pressure gas pipelines Nejdězí - Holice, Bochoř - Radslavice, Radslavice - Trnávka, Prostějov - Alojzov and Prostějov - Hrubčice,
j) Vodtovní ziděděděděděř pomoravčany: Moravičany (county Šumperk) - Litovel, Chubánek - Luká, Konice - Prámlovice - Strážisko, vladněř Slavonín - Kožušany - Blatec, extension of the main line Klenov - Guard, water line Bílovice - Ptenský Dvorek, Slavonín - Nejdězí, Hluchov - Pony and development Pomraží o záží o zázážany: Dubčany, Ořími, Plumlov, Žárovice, Hamry, Krumsín and Prostějovice,
k) water supply line of the eastern part of the district of Přerov, water supply line Swedish chance - Domaželice and connection of the Hole, Laznik and Zakřiovo to the water supply system Laznika,
(l) trans-regional and regional environmental stability systems.
2. The construction associated with the implementation of the projects referred to in points 1 (a) to (k) and defined in the graphic part of the 1: 50 000 scale zoning plan provided by the approval clause shall be of public benefit.
