amending and supplementing Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, is amended as follows:
In Annex 3, "List of constituencies for elections to the Senate, indicating their seat ', Election Circuits Nos 8, 10, 19, 20, 22, 29, 43, 44, 61, 71, 72 and 81 are amended as follows:
1. In constituency No 8: Rokycany, the word "Olšina 'is replaced by" Olešná'.
2. In constituency No 10 Seat: Český Krumlov, the words "Boršov nad Vltavou" shall be inserted after the word "Plana."
3. Election Circuit No 19 Residence: Prague 11 reads:
"Election Circuit No. 19 Seat: Prague 11
Includes the territory of the urban areas Prague 11, Prague-Benice, Prague-Lower Mecholupy, Prague 15, Prague-Kolovraty, Prague-Královice, Prague-Královice, Prague-Královice, Praha- Petrovice, Praha- Uhraneves, Praha- Dubeč, Praha- Štěrboholy '.
4. Election Circuit No. 20 Seat: Prague 4 reads:
"Election Circuit No. 20 Seat: Prague 4
Includes the territory of the city district of Prague 4, with the exception of K. Krč '.
5. Election Circuit No 22 Residence: Prague 10 reads:
"Election Circuit No 22 Location: Prague 10
includes the territory of the city of Prague 10 '.
6. In constituency No 29 Location: Litoměřice, the word "Hats' is replaced by the word" Hats' and after the word "Turkeys', the word" Students' is inserted.
7. In constituency No. 43 Location: Pardubice is replaced by "Lysice."
8. In constituency No 44 Location: Chrudim is replaced by "Hot" and the words "Hurtova Lhota" are inserted after the words "Knyk, Havlicka Brod."
9. In constituency No 61: Olomouc, after the words "Noise, Olomouc ', the words" Fragile-Břukhotín' shall be inserted.
10. In the constituency No 71 Seat: Ostrava-town, the words "Ostrava-south 'are replaced by the words" Ostrava-South' and the words "Prostkovice 'are replaced by the words" Proskovice'.
11. In constituency No 72 Location: Ostrava-town, the word "Vríšina" is replaced by the word "Vrísina" and the word "Goat" is replaced by the word "Kozmice."
12. In the constituency of No. 81, the word "Blechnov" shall be replaced by the word "Wolfsbane."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
