GOVERNMENT REGULATION
Czech and Slovak Federal Republic
of 21 May 1990
on the withdrawal of immovable property of the State in the permanent use of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic pursuant to Article 79 of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, pursuant to § 70 (3) of the Economic Code provides:
§ 1
(1) The real estate of the State, which is in constant use of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, is removed from the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia on 1 June 1990.
(2) The relevant economic agreements for the transfer of the State's immovable property to the permanent use of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia will cease to be valid on this date.
§ 2
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
