DECLARATION
of 11 July 2022
amending Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other formalities for the provision of spa rehabilitation care
According to § 33 paragraph 12 of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., on Public Health Insurance and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2015 Coll.:
The Annex to Decree No. 2 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of professional criteria and other requirements for the provision of spa rehabilitation care is amended as follows:
1. in the Annex in Part II, in the indications Nos II / 1, II / 2, II / 3, II / 6, II / 7, II / 8, II / 9 and IV / 1, the words "Belgrade Spa" shall be inserted after the words "Constantine Spa" on a separate line.
2. In the Annex in Part II, in Indications II / 4 and II / 5, in the column "Spa place ', the words" Belgrade Spa' are inserted after the words "Kostelec u Zlín 'on a separate line.
3. In the Annex in Part II. of Indications No III / 1 and III / 2, in the column "Spa place ', the words" Spa Belgrade' are inserted after the words "Monasterc nad Ohří 'on a separate line.
4. In the Annex in Part II, in indications Nos V / 1, V / 2, V / 3, V / 4 and V / 5, in the column "Spa place ', the words" Constantine Spa' shall be inserted after the words "Monasterc nad Ohří 'on the separate line.
5. In the Annex in Part II, in indication No V / 6, in the column "Spa Place ', the words" Constantine Spa' are inserted after the words "Charles Study 'on a separate line.
6. In the Annex in Part II of indication No XXII / 1, in the column "Spa site ', the words" Belgrade Spa' are inserted after the words "Františkova Spa 'on a separate line.
7. in the Annex in Part II, in indications No XXII / 2, XXII / 3, XXII / 4, XXIV / 1 and XXIV / 2, the words "Belgrade Spa" shall be inserted after the words "Klimkovice" on a separate line.
8. In the Annex in Part II of indication No XXIII / 1, in the column "Spa site ', the words" Belgrade Spa' are inserted after the words "Karlovy Vary 'on a separate line.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
