DECLARATION
of 11 August 2015
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crown for the 200th anniversary of the performance of the cuckold Josef Božek
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On 16 September 2015, a commemorative silver coin of 200 CZK (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred koruna") is issued for the 200th anniversary of the performance of the cuckold Josef Božek.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) The two-hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,35 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front of the two-hundred crown is displayed a parolee made by Josef Božek. At the upper left edge of the two hundred crown, the name of the state is "CZECH REPUBLIC." The denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" is at the right edge of the two hundred koruna. The name of the State and the denomination of the coin are enclosed by dots at the beginning and at the end. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "Za" and "M" is at the bottom edge of the two hundred crowns. The initials of the author of the front page are two hundred crowns of the academic sculptor Zbyňek Fojt, which are composed of joined letters "FZ."
(2) On the reverse side of the two hundred crown is a portrait of Josef Bozek. At the left edge of the two-hundredth crown, the text "PRESENTATION OF THE PARTS" is the text "JOSEF BOŽEK" and the years "1815 - 2015." On the right of the collar on the portrait are the initials of the author of the reverse side of the two hundred crowns MgA. Martin Dašek, which are composed of letters "M" and "D."
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 16 September 2015.
