THE LAW

of 20 June 2013

amending Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., on the Reduction of the Consequences of Certain Property Injury, as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Čl. I

Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., on the mitigation of the consequences of certain property injustices, as amended by Act No. 458 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 528 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 137 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 115 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 342 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll. is amended as follows:

1. in Articles 7 (b), 10 (3), 15 (2) and 22 (3), the words "to the competent Ministry of National Assets and its privatisation" shall be replaced by "to the Ministry of Finance."

2. In Article 10 (3), the words "the competent Ministry of National Property Management and its privatisation 'are replaced by the words" the Ministry of Finance'.

3. in § 14 (1), § 16, § 19 (3), § 19a (3) and (4) and in § 21, the words "competent Ministry for the Management of National Assets" are replaced by the words "Ministry of Finance."

4. In Article 15 (3), the words "the competent Ministry of National Property Management and its privatisation 'are replaced by the words" the Ministry of Finance'.

5. In Article 19 (4), the words "the competent Ministry of National Property Management and its privatisation 'are replaced by the words" the Ministry of Finance'.

6. In Article 19 (5), the words "the Ministry of National Property Management and its privatisation 'are replaced by the words" the Ministry of Finance'.

7. In Paragraph 22 (3), "Kčs' is replaced by" Kč '.

8. The following Section 23d is inserted after Section 23c:

„§ 23d

The financial performance obtained by the State under this Act is the income of the State budget. '

Čl. II

Transitional provision

The financial performance obtained by the State under Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., as effective until the date of entry into force of this Act, shall be transferred to the income of the State Budget Chapter of the Ministry of Finance within 1 month of the date of entry into force of this Act.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
