DECLARATION
of 13 June 2012
amending Decree No. 61 / 2007 Coll., laying down the details of the labelling and colouring of selected mineral oils and of certain other mineral oils
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides, pursuant to § 139 (3) of Act No. 353 / 2003 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 575 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 292 / 2009 Coll., for the implementation of § 134a (2), § 134b (3), § 134e (3), § 6 (d) and § 134l (2), § 134m (3) and § 134p (3), paragraph 6 (d) and Article 7 thereof:
This Decree was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and rules and of rules on information society services, as amended by Directive 98 / 48 / EC.
Decree No. 61 / 2007 Coll., laying down the details of marking and dyeing of selected mineral oils and marking of certain other mineral oils, is amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Article 2 (1), the words "per litre of mineral oil 'shall be inserted after the words" substances'.
2. In Annex 3, after the row:

Specifications: These include oils intended for testing and testing liquids for compression-ignition engines and oils used for forming and machining metals with functional ingredients, oils used in unaltered form or for solid and liquid lighters, lamp oils, oil oil for lighting, oil for polishing and cleaning, mixtures of n-alkanes for the manufacture of lamp- and base oils for the manufacture of these oils, oils for the manufacture of refreshing and electrical appliances, oils for the manufacture of metal and aluminium films and for the manufacture of refractory oils, preservation fluids, solvents for the manufacture of plastics and ink paints, thinners, microcapsules for the manufacture of paper, cleaning agents for printing, products for the removal of waxes from metal surfaces, oil form (release), oils for anti-corrosion, mixtures of n- alkanes for the manufacture of oil. Base oils are oils produced by normal refinery processes of oil and intended for the manufacture of final lubricating oils by blending with each other, with other oil and synthetic oils or with additives to improve their performance. '
3. In Annex No 4, row:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2012.
