Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 5 July 1996 the Joint Committee of the European Economic Community and the European Free Trade Association (EEC - EFTA) was adopted in Brussels by Resolution No 1 / 1996 and No 2 / 1996 on the implementation of Article 34 (a) of Annex II to the Convention on a common transit procedure between the countries of the European Free Trade Association and the European Economic Community of 20 May 1987.1).
Order No 1 and No 2 entered into force on 5 July 1996 and entered into force on that date for the Czech Republic. The resolutions shall be implemented from 1 August 1996 for a period of six months.
The text of the resolution can be consulted at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance - Directorate-General for Customs, Regional Customs and Customs Offices.
