Government Regulation
of 20 September 1949
on the abolition of the assembly offices and bodies and the transition of their responsibilities to the authorities of the people's administration.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of the Act of 11 May 1949, No. 143 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
They shall be deleted:
1. the authorities of the responsible local Commissioners,
2. the Regional Commission; and
3. the Ministerial Commission of the Ministry of Agriculture,
established in accordance with Title II of the Annex And the Government Order of 19 May 1939, No. 171 Coll. of 1940, on the coupage of economic land and on other adjustments to land holdings [Paragraph 100 of the Law of 21 March 1948, No. 47 Coll., on certain technical and economic adjustments of land (the Act of coupage)], and
4. the Regional Commission on Technical and Economic Adjustment of Land with its Regional Offices; and
5. the Regional Commission on Technical and Economic Adjustment of Land with its Regional Offices, in Slovakia, the Technical and Economic Adjustment Commission on Agriculture and Land Reform with its Office,
set up under the title Even the law of census.
The powers of the authorities and bodies referred to in Sections 1, 1 and 4 shall be delegated to the Regional National Committees, to the Committees referred to in Sections 1, 2 and 5 to the Regional National Committees and to the Commission referred to in Sections 1, 3 to the Ministry of Agriculture.
The authorities and authorities to which the powers of the repealed authorities and bodies are transferred pursuant to § 2 shall terminate the proceedings under § 100 of the Act of Assemblamation. The liquidation of the authorities and authorities referred to in Sections 1, 1, 2, 4 and 5 shall be carried out by the Regional National Committees, the liquidation of the Commission referred to in Sections 1, 3 shall be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Minister for the Interior.
