DECLARATION
of 21 May 2021
on the publication of the National Natural Monuments of Lochkovsky profile and the determination of its closer protection conditions
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (5) (g) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 123 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 225 / 2017 Coll.:
§ 1
Announcement of a national natural monument
(1) The National Natural Monument of Lochkovsky (the "National Natural Monument") is announced.
(2) A natural department, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument for the protection of:
(a) stone and grassland dry grass ecosystems;
(b) forest ecosystems of warm-water doubras and duobulars;
(c) biotopes of rare and endangered species of cannibular plants (Pulsatilla pratensis subsp. bohemica) and of grey herbivores (Helianthemum canum), including their populations;
(d) biotope of a rare and endangered species of a spawning animal (Euplagia quadripunctaria), including its population;
(e) the supporting geological profile for the international stratotype of the Ludlow-bow border and the silur-devon border, the detailed disharmonic wrinkle and the prominent paleontological site of Joachim Barrande.
(3) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the capital of Prague, in the cadastral territories of Lochkov and Radotín. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of the geometric pattern as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 1 to this decree.
(4) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural monument and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this decree.
§ 2
Closer protection conditions
The whole territory of the national natural heritage can only be approved by the nature conservation authority
(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);
(b) to place construction, advertising or information equipment, permit or carry out construction, modification of completed structures or changes of buildings before their completion;
(c) to adjust the surface of the road using non-local natural material of the same or similar geological origin and chemical composition;
(d) authorise or carry out research or research work;
(e) indicate cycling or hiking routes;
(f) planting or planting plants or releasing animals, except artificial forest renewal;
(g) to establish new feeding facilities or slanisks;
(h) to feed or bait animals outside the fattening establishment;
(i) store items, except for the short-term storage of timber on forest land;
(j) to use biocides, fertilisers or chemical substances or chemical mixtures, except treatment of wood in bark landfill sites, the use of repellents against the carcass of game trees, treatment of seedlings of wood against clicochore pine and acate streaks against rejuvenation;
(k) to start fires; or
(l) to drive vehicles; consent is not required for vehicles of the essential components of the integrated rescue system3) and of the armed forces of the Czech Republic in the performance of their tasks, vehicles of other public authorities in the exercise of their responsibilities in the field of public administration, vehicles needed to ensure the management and care of land, vehicles needed to ensure veterinary care and vehicles needed to ensure the operation, removal of disturbances, maintenance and replacement of electrical system equipment.
§ 3
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 July 2021.
