amending Decree No. 321 / 2014 Coll., on the scope and method of ensuring the separate concentration of municipal waste components
According to § 17 (3) of Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 229 / 2014 Coll.:
Decree No. 321 / 2014 Coll., on the scope and method of ensuring the separate concentration of municipal waste components, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (1), the word "year-round 'shall be inserted after the word" ensure', the words "at least in the period from 1 April to 31 October of the calendar year ', and the sentence" In the period from 1 November to 31 March of the following calendar year, the municipality may adapt the frequency of collection to the climatic conditions and quantities produced by biological waste' shall be deleted.
2. In Paragraph 2 (2), the words "This obligation 'are replaced by the words" Obligation under paragraph 1'.
3. In Article 2, the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) The municipality is obliged to provide annual places for separate concentration of edible oils and fats. Edible oils and fats shall not be concentrated together with other biodegradable wastes. Obligations under this paragraph may not be fulfilled in accordance with the procedure laid down in paragraph 6. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2019, with the exception of Article I (3), which shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
