DECLARATION
of 11 August 2015
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 200th anniversary of the birth of Jan Perner
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) The 200th anniversary of the birth of Jan Perner is issued with a commemorative silver coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as "the two hundred crowns") on 2 September 2015.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) The two-hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of two hundred crowns is 13 g, its diameter is 31 mm and its strength is 2,25 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal design is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front side of the two hundred crown is the motive of the steam locomotive, above which is the design of the train line between Prague and Olomouc, designed by Jan Perner. At the top of the two hundred crown, the text "NORTH STATE SPECIES" is in the frame. At the lower edge of the two hundred crown, the name of the state is "CZECH REPUBLIC." The denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "200 CZK" is above the name of the state. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "No" and "M" at the upper right edge is two hundred crowns after the word "DRÁHA."
(2) On the reverse side of the two hundred crown is a portrait of John Perner. At the left edge of the two-hundred crown is the text "JAN PERNER" and at the right edge are the years "1815" and "2015." The texts and the years are enclosed by a dot at the beginning and end. Above the collar of the portrait are the initials of the author of the two hundred crown academic sculptor Zbyňek Fojt, which are formed by the joined letters "FZ."
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 2 September 2015.
